What are the delivery charges?
We provide 'FREE' delivery on all products. The price of all products are inclusive of all charges like Packaging, Shipping, Transaction Fees, etc plus Taxes (if any). This policy can change/update at anytime without any prior notice.
Are there any hidden costs?
There are 'ZERO' hidden charges when you make a purchase on exotic green. The price listed for all the items are final. You will pay the same amount which you see on the product page.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We confirm your order through email. You may also contact at firstname.lastname@example.org, if you are unsure.
After confirmation of order, we generally manage and ship the items within 2-3 working days however standard delivery might take 2-4 and 4-7 business days depending on courier delivery (in areas where standard courier service is available). For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 7-10 working days depending on the location from the Order booking date excluding public holidays and Sundays.
Estimated delivery time is dependent on the product's availability, geographic location of the brands /manufacturers etc which may take time to manage as per your requirement.
If you have shopped multiple products in a single transaction, we will send it to you in one single shipment. (In case of a single shipment, the delivery date would be on the date when all the products are ready to ship in some cases delivery can be in partial mode).
At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would leave a note for you to call them and arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their location.
We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
How can I track my order?
An email is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider.
